YRK Series Large Frame-type Hydraulic Press

The YRK Series is a heavy-duty large frame-type hydraulic press for forming, stamping, extruding and bottom induction of cookware, hardware and industrial parts. Ideal for the stamping and bottom induction of non-stick aluminum pots, induction of stainless steel into aluminum circles. The major frame and main cylinder use high-strength prestressing internal wire-twisting technology for fatigue resistance and safety. The advanced high-pressure sealing system ensures precise pressure ratio control, smooth running, long working life and around 25% less energy consumption than comparable machines. Optional servo motor system (DELTA brand) with SUNNY oil pump, VICKERS hydraulic valve, SEALTECH seal rings, OMRON PLC and MCGS touchscreen.
