PLC Double Acting Hydraulic Deep Drawing Machine

The PLC Double Acting Hydraulic Deep Drawing Machine is a high-performance press designed for deep drawing, punching and trimming of metal parts. Available in 7 models from 300 kN to 1500 kN, it features a five-pivot double-crank oblique mechanism for increased pressure and stroke, fast die-opening without impulsive force, hard-chromed columns, automatic ejector, centralized lubrication, and PLC control for both manual and automatic operation. The adjustable blanking pressure and imported seal components ensure reliable forming quality across a wide range of blank thicknesses and materials.
