ZY07 Series Water Bulging Hydroforming Press

The ZY07 Series is a precision water bulging hydroforming press designed for processing column pipes, tea kettles, vacuum cups, pots, bronze tripod vessels, cymbals, caps and other cambered parts requiring internal water pressure forming. Also suitable for the manufacture of decorative pipes and fittings. Available in 5 models from 750 kN to 2250 kN, featuring industrial PLC control, low energy consumption, fast unloaded approach with slow pressing, high efficiency forming of multiple workpieces per cycle, and a maximum water cylinder pressure of 80–160 MPa.
