HPC Series Double Crank Precision Press

The HPC Series is designed for high-efficiency, high-precision stamping of metal sheet — punching, blanking, bending, forming and drawing. A large bed supports long and wide materials and integrates easily with feeders and robots for single-station or fully automatic production lines. The welded steel frame resists deformation under load, while the double-crank design compensates for eccentric loads, making it well suited to large or off-center dies. Precision slide guidance ensures accurate vertical motion, and die height is adjustable within 0.1mm. Compared to single-crank presses, the double-crank configuration offers better load distribution, higher accuracy under eccentric loads and longer die life — the go-to choice for large, complex, high-volume stamping.
